Confetti balloon kits come with everything you need to create your own confetti filled balloons. These balloons have a generous pack of pretty brightly colored circle confetti and come with full instructions of how to fill. Match with metallic ribbon and balloon weights for a gorgeous balloon bouquet. Fill with either helium or air.

• Assembly required – plastic funnel & instructions included
