Each Valentine’s Balloon Decorating kit contains:

• 15 x 18″ red matte foil heart shaped balloons
• 10 x 5″ heart shaped latex balloons,
• 15 shiny heart tassels
• A generous handful of heart shaped confetti.

Total helium quantity required to make the kit float: – 7.5 cubic ft (0.5 per balloon)

These balloons are suitable to be filled with air or helium. Helium is required to make the balloon float. If inflating with air use a drinking straw or a balloon pump to inflate.
